Having done energy work instinctually pulling pain out of friends and family for years before training with my first Energy Healing teacher a beloved Cat whom would ground through my body showing me how to move the energy I was pulling from others and my own down through to the earth. Later I was shown how instead of taking others pain into my own body to transmute it was more effective to help move the energy through who I was working with into the earth helping fortify that pathway for themselves to use later.
In 2019 I was Reiki Attuned with Bonnie-Jean Stacey. It was an eye opening experience as I recognized the difference between how this specialized energy system worked from my own practices up to this point. It was after this training I began to offer Distance Reiki Sessions. Reiki energy healing has had a lot of attention and study on how it works in a clinical setting. I felt confident in my training and began offering it to my friends, family and occasional paying clients shortly after. I noticed that I would receive powerful images and messages during sessions and began recording them and offering them as part of a report compiled after a session. Most of the Reiki I have done has been through distance practices since they are most conducive to my busy lifestyle of being primary caregiver to my 4 young children.
These sessions generally booked for a specific duration of time, within a window of opportunity generally a 48 hour window for the session, followed by 24 hours for me to compile the report. During a session I have a notebook ready and document messages and images as the come through while working. I begin each session calling upon my own, and the clients Spirit Squad, and if appropriate Reiki Masters to be present and work together for the highest possible good.
Distance Reiki Sessions
Each session is unique in the level of information brought through as I follow the guidance of the Reiki Intelligence, focusing on the areas as guided by the Reiki Masters. I’ve had 20 minute sessions with 2 page reports and longer sessions with very little wordage and a lot of “spent a lot of time in x area” every session is a unique insight into a particular point in time.

Energetic Alignment Session
This Energy Sessions is done remotely and then I send a report of the experience. In these sessions I hold space in my Healing Grid to support your etheric body through a Guided transmutation of current energies as Guided by Your Spiritual Support Team, Mother Earth and Divine Source in order to bring you into alignment with your multidimensional self.
Clients have reported returning to their reports repeatedly for inspiration and reminders of they nature. Some will have dreams and imagery related to the session prior to receiving the report. The use of the Healing Grid as a space outside time and space to facilitate the work allows the energies to meet you where they are and the integration process to occur in a way that is most beneficial for you to continue being Human in this crazy world too. Each session and report is unique some will be pages long and others short, in the same way some Guides are chatty and have a lot for me to record and others are focused on the energetics and I am just bearing witness and holding space.
