This is where I place myself inside boxes in order to bring about a general mutual understanding of who I am. That said none of us belongs inside a box and as such I ask that you respect the limitations of these self-identifying labels in conveying the complexity of any human in particular this one.
Born and Raised in Canada from the Alberta Foothills to the Atlantic Coast I am a product of an ever evolving relationship with these varied landscapes. As of 2020 I am currently located in Ottawa, Ontario. I live in a blessed rental with my spouse, our 4 young children, 2 cats, dog. Our home backs onto Conservation area populated by a multitude of life who inform my everyday with simple and broad interactions. Though we are in the works of moving to Cape Breton to Homestead and develop a deeper relationship with the land where some of my Ancestors first came to Turtle Island.
I grew up in a non-practicing Christian/Catholic Background, attending Catholic School in some areas and wanting to be a Priest holding Communion for my stuffed toys until I was informed my genitals did not match the requirements for that role. I drifted from these teaches and began practicing consciously Paganism while still in Grade School. I was and still am involved in the Pagan Communities both online and off for decades since then and much of my own worldview is constructed from an animistic sense. Throughout this time I have provided for those closest to me the ability to find another perspective or understanding to their current situations. My ability to empathize and view the world from multiple perspectives has always been with me to the point that it wasn’t until Grade 12 that I realized that No not everyone can tell that the teacher is having a mental breakdown despite outside appearances. In addition my ability to perceive and manipulate energy to various cosmological lens has also been honed.
Over the last few years I have begin professionally sharing my psychic abilities via Oracle Readings, and expanded into Energy healing into more Formally trained Modalities of Reiki, and Radical Guide DNA Activation. I had originally pursued Paganism in an attempt to authentically engage in my own Heritage without appropriating but unfortunately there is no unbroken line to the original indigenous practices of my Ancestors. So the art of mindfully re-remembering with reverence for those cultures who have preserved teachings, and an understanding that I engage with the infinite through the lenses and language I have, and all its limitations. As such sometimes Ancestral Patterns are called Programs, and sometimes they are called Well Trod Paths of Being.
